RABAT - King Mohammed VI issued instructions for the setting of a field military hospital in Bamako, capital of Mali, and for dispatching humanitarian assistance to the Malian people.
A specialized medical team will be deployed in the Malian capital where logistic and humanitarian support will be sent by aircraft of the Royal Armed Forces.
The assistance consists in a field military hospital for the population as well as a medicine supplies to all of the Malian population, including in the north.
The royal initiative is part of the Kingdom's active solidarity with African countries, particularly Mali with which Morocco has longstanding and special bonds.
