Brussels- The Belgian government approved, on Friday, a draft bill related to a cooperation agreement between Morocco and Belgium concerning the fight against terrorism and organized crime.
Under the agreement, inked in February 2014 during the 2nd Moroccan-Belgian high committee, the two Kingdoms commit to collaborating and assisting each other in terms of fighting terrorism and organized crime.
The two parties will also share information, expertize and practices, and provide technical assistance and training.
The agreement targets also drug, human and arm trafficking, in addition to economic and financial delinquency.
The agreement will be enforced once ratification parliamentary procedures are completed between the two countries.
