Meknes - The African Training and Research Centre in Administration for Development (CAFRAD) will host a five-day training conference on management and organization of development projects in Tangier from September 28 to October 2.
The hands on training session on “How to ensure the success of projects and maximize the impact of projects on the organization,” the event will be operated under a module entitled “Project Management and Organizational Performance.” It aims to provide trainees a systematic overview of governance, organizational projects, and management maturity. It will also help participants realize their potential in the field of program and project management.
Mr. Benoît Lalond, a prominent Canadian trainer, will supervise the event. An expert in project management, he is the President of the Project Management Institute in Montreal.
Several German institutions will attend the event, which will be held at Salle des Conférences de L’Hôtel Grand Villa De France, along with the Moroccan Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
CAFRAD is a Pan-African intergovernmental organization founded in 1964 in Tangier. It supports government actions to upgrade public administration and governance and systems in Africa. It also promotes leadership and development policies and supports human governance.
